Cepte Kalan — Kullanım Şartları (EULA)
Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), Cepte Kalan mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenleyen yasal bir sözleşmedir. Uygulamayı indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu Şartları okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş olursunuz. Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız.
1. Hizmetin tanımı
Cepte Kalan, kullanıcıların kişisel finansal verilerini (gelir, gider, yatırım, bütçe, birikim hedefleri vb.) takip etmelerini sağlayan bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulama:
- Finansal verilerinizi yalnızca cihazınızda saklar
- İsteğe bağlı olarak Google ile giriş ve sesli işlem özellikleri sunar
- Güncel altın ve döviz kurlarını gösterir
2. Kullanım lisansı
Bu Şartlara uymanız koşuluyla size Uygulamayı kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz.
Yapamayacaklarınız:
- Uygulamayı kopyalamak, çoğaltmak, başkasına satmak veya yeniden dağıtmak
- Tersine mühendislik (reverse engineering), parçalara ayırma veya kaynak kodunu çıkarmaya çalışmak
- Uygulamayı yasadışı amaçlarla veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanmak
- Uygulamanın güvenlik sistemlerini atlatmaya çalışmak
- Otomasyon, bot veya kazıma araçlarıyla Uygulamadan veri çekmek
- Uygulamayı, hizmetlerimizi veya başka kullanıcıların deneyimini kasıtlı olarak bozmak
3. Hesap ve sorumluluk
Hesap oluşturma (isteğe bağlı)
Bazı özellikleri (sesli işlem, gelecekteki premium özellikler) kullanmak için Google ile giriş yapmanız gerekebilir. Hesap oluşturduğunuzda:
- Verdiğiniz bilgilerin doğru ve güncel olduğunu kabul edersiniz
- Hesabınızın ve şifrenizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz
- Hesabınızın yetkisiz kullanımından doğan zararlardan biz sorumlu değiliz
Veri sorumluluğu
- Finansal kayıtlarınız (işlemler, bütçeler, birikim hedefleri vb.) yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır — sunucularımıza gönderilmez
- Cihazınızı kaybeder, sıfırlar veya uygulamayı silerseniz veriler de gider
- Yedekleme size aittir; biz veri yedekleme garantisi vermiyoruz
- Veri kaybından doğrudan veya dolaylı sorumlu değiliz
4. Önemli yasal uyarılar
a) Yatırım veya finansal tavsiye değildir
Cepte Kalan bir kayıt ve takip aracıdır, yatırım veya finansal danışmanlık hizmeti DEĞİLDİR.
- Uygulamada gösterilen "akıllı tahminler", projeksiyonlar veya birikim önerileri bilgilendirme amaçlıdır.
- Geçmiş veriler gelecek getirileri garanti etmez.
- Altın, döviz veya başka yatırım kararlarınızı bu uygulamadaki bilgilere dayanarak almamalısınız.
- Önemli finansal kararlardan önce lisanslı bir finansal danışmana başvurun.
b) Sesli işlem doğruluğu
- Sesli işlem özelliği, konuşmanızı yapay zekâ (Google Gemini) ile yorumlar.
- Yapay zekâ hata yapabilir — yanlış kategori, yanlış tutar veya eksik bilgi üretebilir.
- Kaydedilen işlemleri her zaman kontrol etmek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
c) Piyasa verileri
- Altın ve döviz kurları üçüncü taraf bir finansal veri sağlayıcısından alınır.
- Veriler genelde günlük güncellenir; anlık değildir.
- Gerçek alım-satım için bankanızın veya yetkili kurumların güncel kurlarını esas alın.
5. Abonelik ve ödemeler
Bu bölüm uygulamada premium abonelik özelliği aktif olduğunda geçerli olacaktır. Şu anda Uygulama tamamen ücretsizdir.
Premium özellikler eklendiğinde:
- Abonelikler Apple App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden satın alınır
- Faturalama, yenileme ve iadeler ilgili mağazanın politikalarına tabidir
- Abonelik ödemeleri Apple/Google tarafından yönetilir; kart bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz
- İptal işlemini cihazınızın mağaza ayarlarından yapabilirsiniz
- Aboneliğin iptali, dönemin sonunda etkili olur (önceden ödenen süre içinde kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz)
6. Fikri mülkiyet
- Uygulamanın kendisi (kod, tasarım, logo, içerik) bize aittir.
- Bu Şartlardaki lisans dışında size hiçbir hak verilmemiştir.
- Üçüncü taraflara ait isim, marka ve hizmetler (Google, Firebase vb.) ilgili sahiplerine aittir.
Uygulamaya kendi verilerinizi (işlemler, kategoriler, hedefler) eklediğinizde bu veriler size aittir. Biz bu verileri yalnızca size hizmet sunmak için işleriz.
7. Sorumluluk reddi (Disclaimer)
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde:
- Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair garanti vermiyoruz
- Hatalardan, bağlantı kopukluklarından veya sunucu sorunlarından kaynaklanan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz
- Yapay zekâ, otomatik hesaplama veya tahmin sonuçlarının doğruluğunu garanti etmiyoruz
- Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin (Google, Firebase vb.) çalışmamasından doğan aksaklıklardan sorumlu değiliz
8. Sorumluluk sınırlandırması
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde:
- Cepte Kalan ve geliştiricileri, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu değildir
- Toplam sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ay içinde sizin tarafınızdan ödenen abonelik bedeli ile sınırlıdır (ücretsiz kullanıcılar için sıfırdır)
- Veri kaybı, kâr kaybı veya iş kaybı gibi durumlarda yükümlülük üstlenmiyoruz
Bazı yargı bölgeleri belirli garantilerin reddini veya sorumluluk sınırlandırılmasını izin vermez. Bu durumlarda yasanın izin verdiği maksimum ölçüde sorumluluk sınırlandırılır.
9. Hesap askıya alma ve fesih
Sizin hakkınız
- Dilediğiniz zaman uygulamayı silebilir veya hesabınızı kapatabilirsiniz
- Hesap silme: Ayarlar → "Hesabı Sil" (giriş yapmışsanız)
- Verilerinizi silme: Ayarlar → "Tüm Kayıtları Sıfırla"
Bizim hakkımız
Aşağıdaki durumlarda hesabınızı veya Uygulama erişiminizi önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz:
- Bu Şartların ihlali
- Yasadışı veya kötü niyetli kullanım
- Uygulamanın güvenliğini, performansını veya başka kullanıcıların deneyimini tehdit eden davranış
- Ödeme veya abonelik dolandırıcılığı
10. Şartların değiştirilmesi
Bu Şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz.
- Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde veya e-posta ile bildirim yaparız
- Bu sayfanın "Son güncelleme" tarihi güncellenir
- Değişiklikler yayınlandıktan sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir
11. Geçerli yasa ve uyuşmazlık
- Bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
- Bu Şartlardan doğan uyuşmazlıklarda Eskişehir Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
- Tüketici sıfatıyla bir kullanıcıysanız, bulunduğunuz ülkenin tüketici koruma yasaları kapsamında haklarınız bu hükümden etkilenmez.
12. Diğer hükümler
- Bölünebilirlik: Bu Şartların herhangi bir maddesi geçersiz sayılırsa, geri kalan maddeler yürürlükte kalmaya devam eder.
- Devredilemezlik: Bu Şartlar kapsamındaki haklarınızı başkasına devredemezsiniz. Biz haklarımızı (örneğin şirket satışı durumunda) devredebiliriz.
- Bütünlük: Bu Şartlar ve Gizlilik Politikası, Uygulamanın kullanımı konusundaki anlaşmamızın tamamını oluşturur.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement governing your use of the PocketLeft mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you must not use the App.
1. Description of the service
PocketLeft is a mobile application that helps users track their personal financial data (income, expenses, investments, budgets, savings goals, etc.). The App:
- Stores your financial data exclusively on your device
- Optionally offers Google Sign-In and voice transaction features
- Displays current gold and foreign currency rates
2. License to use
Provided that you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
What you may not do:
- Copy, reproduce, sell, or redistribute the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for unlawful purposes or in a way that violates the rights of others
- Attempt to bypass the App's security mechanisms
- Scrape data from the App using automation, bots, or scraping tools
- Intentionally disrupt the App, our services, or the experience of other users
3. Account and responsibility
Creating an account (optional)
You may need to sign in with Google to use some features (voice transactions, future premium features). When you create an account:
- You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up to date
- You are responsible for the security of your account and password
- We are not liable for damages arising from unauthorized use of your account
Data responsibility
- Your financial records (transactions, budgets, savings goals, etc.) are stored only on your device — they are not sent to our servers
- If you lose your device, reset it, or uninstall the App, your data is also lost
- Backups are your responsibility; we do not guarantee data backup
- We are not directly or indirectly liable for data loss
4. Important legal notices
a) Not investment or financial advice
PocketLeft is a recording and tracking tool, NOT an investment or financial advisory service.
- The "smart predictions", projections, or savings suggestions shown in the App are for informational purposes only.
- Past data does not guarantee future returns.
- You should not make investment decisions about gold, foreign currency, or other assets based on the information in this App.
- Before important financial decisions, consult a licensed financial advisor.
b) Voice transaction accuracy
- The voice transaction feature interprets your speech using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini).
- The AI can make mistakes — it may produce wrong categories, wrong amounts, or incomplete information.
- Verifying the recorded transactions is always your responsibility.
c) Market data
- Gold and foreign currency rates are obtained from a third-party financial data provider.
- The data is generally updated daily; it is not real-time.
- For actual buying or selling, rely on the current rates of your bank or authorized institutions.
5. Subscriptions and payments
This section will apply when the premium subscription feature becomes active in the App. The App is currently entirely free.
When premium features are added:
- Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Billing, renewals, and refunds are subject to the policies of the respective store
- Subscription payments are managed by Apple/Google; we do not see your card information
- You can cancel from your device's store settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period (you may continue using the App during the prepaid period)
6. Intellectual property
- The App itself (code, design, logo, content) belongs to us.
- No rights are granted to you beyond the license in these Terms.
- Names, brands, and services belonging to third parties (Google, Firebase, etc.) belong to their respective owners.
When you add your own data to the App (transactions, categories, goals), that data belongs to you. We process this data only to provide service to you.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee that the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free
- We are not liable for damages caused by errors, connection issues, or server problems
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of artificial intelligence, automatic calculations, or prediction results
- We are not liable for disruptions caused by the unavailability of third-party services (Google, Firebase, etc.)
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- PocketLeft and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App
- Our total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid by you in the past 12 months (for free users, it is zero)
- We do not assume liability for data loss, loss of profits, or business loss
Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of certain warranties or the limitation of liability. In such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Account suspension and termination
Your right
- You can delete the App or close your account at any time
- Delete account: Settings → "Delete Account" (if signed in)
- Delete data: Settings → "Reset All Records"
Our right
We may suspend or terminate your account or App access without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms
- Unlawful or malicious use
- Behavior that threatens the security, performance, or experience of other users of the App
- Payment or subscription fraud
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
- For significant changes, we will send notifications in the App or by email
- The "Last updated" date on this page will be updated
- Continued use of the App after changes are published means you accept the new Terms
11. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
- The Eskişehir Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
- If you are a consumer, your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country are not affected by this provision.
12. Other provisions
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Non-transferability: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer our rights (e.g., in case of company sale).
- Entirety: These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding the use of the App.
